Cancellation & Refund Policy for Speakers
At Your Trauma Talks, we invest significant resources into ensuring every speaker receives high-impact promotion and visibility leading up to the event. This includes expenses such as billboard placements, press releases, digital marketing, and logistical planning, all designed to elevate the event and its speakers.
As a result, full refunds are not permitted for speakers who cancel after committing to the event. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, a partial refund may be considered based on individual situations and the extent of promotional investments already made.
